AI clusters that work alongside your team.

Santiva builds networks of specialized AI agents — each with a defined role — that collaborate to handle complex business operations. Instead of one general-purpose tool, you get a coordinated team of AI roles tailored to how your organization actually works.

Configurable roles

Each cluster is composed of distinct AI roles — leadership, operations, analysis — that you can fit to your business structure.

Human-centered design

Our clusters are built to augment your team's judgment and creativity, not to replace the people doing the work.

Built to grow with you

Santiva clusters learn your context over time and adapt as your priorities, products, and processes evolve.

A name shaped by the coast — and by the freedom we want to give back to people.

Santiva blends the names of two barrier islands off Florida's Gulf coast — Sanibel and Captiva. They are the islands where our founder spent family vacations as a child, and they stand for something specific: open horizons, slow time, and the rare feeling of being free to think.

That feeling — of having space to think and breathe — is what we want our AI clusters to give back to the people who use them.

Santiva Tech LLC is a Florida-based, veteran-owned company founded by Anthony Toma, a U.S. Air Force veteran. Every decision about how Santiva is built — the technology, the ethics, the way we work with clients — runs through one filter: does this make humans more capable without making them less essential?

Ethics is not a section of our company. It's the foundation.

Before we wrote our first line of production code, we wrote our Code of Ethics. It defines how Santiva uses AI, treats clients and their data, handles mistakes, and governs itself as it grows. Version 1.0 went into effect on May 3, 2026.

Our full Code of Ethics is published openly. Anyone working with Santiva — clients, partners, or the public — should be able to read the same document we hold ourselves to.
