These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at santiva.ai, operated by Santiva Tech LLC, doing business as Santiva (referred to as "Santiva," "we," "us," or "our"). Santiva is a veteran-owned Florida limited liability company.

These Terms apply only to the public website. They do not govern the AI agent clusters Santiva deploys at client sites — those services are governed by separate written agreements between Santiva and each client.

By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may view, share, and reference this content for personal or non-commercial informational purposes. Reproduction or republication of substantial portions of the site for commercial purposes requires our prior written permission. Quoting brief passages with attribution to Santiva is permitted.

The third-person founder bio published on our About page is provided with explicit permission for reuse in press, partnership, or speaker-introduction contexts.

We do not claim ownership over messages you send us, but we may use the substance of an inquiry (without identifying you personally) to improve our website, our published materials, or our published FAQs.

6. Our Code of Ethics

Our Code of Ethics describes the standards Santiva holds itself to in operating the company and deploying AI agent clusters. It is a public commitment by Santiva, not a contract with any visitor to this site. The Code's commitments are binding on Santiva and its personnel. Nothing in the Code creates a contractual right enforceable by any third party.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep the site accurate and operational, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against all attacks, or free from inaccuracies in published content. Information on the site is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, or technical advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Santiva disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Santiva, its founder, and its personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, including (without limitation) damages for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reliance on information published on the site.

Santiva's total liability for any direct damages arising from your use of the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

This site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, a LinkedIn profile). We do not control these third-party sites and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of the page. Material changes will also be noted in plain language at the top of the Terms for a reasonable period. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
